Barrel has 2 marks on underside near end of the barrel (see photo), possibly at one point in time the gun had a barrel weight attached there. The screw heads are lightly tool marked with strong slots. Overall Condition: This pistol retains about 99% of its metal finish.
The grips rate in about Excellent condition.īore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. The shell deflector pin is included but is not installed. The stocks have infrequent hardly notable handling marks. Stock Configuration & Condition: The installed grip is a large walnut target grip with a thumb shelf and matching Schnabel-style tip forend. The rear sight is a square notch, adjustable for windage and elevation mounted to the rib. Sights / Optics: The front sight is an undercut serrated Patridge blade pinned to the ventilated rib. The front face of the slide and the bottom of the grip is marked with a Belgian proof and an inspector’s mark.īarrel Length: 6 3/4?, Heavy Barrel with Vent-Rib The underside of the barrel is marked with two Belgian proof marks and “* / U” inspection mark.
